Care Details & Instructions For Your Bruno Milano Watch

Before using your watch for the first time

  1. Remove the white plastic stopper (A) located next to the watch crown.
  2. Push the crown (B) in towards the watch. The second hand will begin to run.

Length Adjustment Instructions

  1. Use a small flat screwdriver (not included) to lift the sliding clasp (Fig. 7)
  2. Slide the clasp to adjust the strap length. Refer to indented notches on the back of the strap (Fig. 8).
  3. Use a small flat screwdriver (not included) to push the sliding clasp back down (Fig. 7)

  1. Open the clasp. (Fig. A)
  2. Remove the additional link. (Fig. B)

  1. Check the back of the metal bracelet for metal links marked with an arrow.

  2. Determine the number of metal links to remove. Remove from both sides of the clasp for an even length, if possible. In this example, we are removing the grey link (Fig. 1 – A).

  3. Use the Pin Tool (included) to push the “Hair Clip Pins” out through the hole on the side of the link in the direction of the arrow (Fig. 1 – B). Apply force or gently tap the top of the tool with a small hammer if needed.

  4. Remove the bottom pin of the link as well (Fig. 1 – C).

  5. Remove the highlighted grey metal link.

  6. Take one of the “Hair Clip Pins” you removed and join the other two parts of the strap together. (Fig. 2 – A). Push it until it is flush with the bracelet.

Time Setting and Operating Instructions

  1. Pull the crown out to the 1st position (A)
  2. Rotate crown to adjust the hands.
  3. When the crown is pushed back to the normal position, the second hand begins to run.

SETTING THE DATE

  1. Pull the crown out to the 1st position (A).
  2. Turn the crown counter-clockwise to set the date.  Don’t adjust the date between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM or you risk damaging the machinery.
  3. After the date has been set, push the crown back to the normal position.

SETTING THE TIME

  1. Pull the crown out to the 2nd position (B).
  2. Turn the crown to set hour and minute hands.
  3. When the crown is pushed back to the normal position, second hand begins to run.

*Date position may be located at different position depending on the watch model

SETTING THE DATE

  1. Pull the crown out to the 1st position (D).
  2. Turn the crown counter-clockwise to set the date. Don’t adjust between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
  3. After the date has been set, push the crown back to the normal position (C).

SETTING THE TIME

  1. Pull the crown out to the 2nd position. (E)
  2. Turn the crown to set hour and minute hands.
  3. When the crown is pushed back to the normal position (C), second hand begins to run.

USING THE CHRONOGRAPH

  1. The chronograph can be started and stopped each time button “A” is pressed.
  2. Pressing button “B” resets the chronograph and the chronograph second hand and chronograph minute hand return to zero position.

CHRONOGRAPH RESET (INCLUDING AFTER REPLACING BATTERY)
This procedure should be performed when the chronograph second hand does not return to zero position after the chronograph has been reset, and including after the battery has been replaced.

  1. Pull the crown out to the 2nd position (E).
  2. Press button “A” to set the chronograph second hand to the zero position. The hand can be moved rapidly by continuously pressing button “A”.
  3. Once the hand is at zero, return the crown to the normal position (C).
